The project that we present will have as a result the product SMARTFINDER 2.0. It is aimed at technological development by means of scientific experimentation and the adquisition of new advanced technical knowledge that will allow the offer of new advanced monitoring toolsfor the PLC networks of recent smart meters, focused on energy control,
power quality, error detection in communications, and fault and fraud detection. For that purpose, the project will build on the studies and supervision of PRIME communications as well as on the analysis and interpretation of the Big Dat generated for these new devices.

Arkossa Smart Solutions S.L. has been granted the European Regional Development Fund. Its aim is to improve the use and quality of information technologies and access to communications thanks to which the company has implemented a CRM system to improve the company's competitiveness and productivity. For that purpose, it has found support in the TicCámaras Program of Granada Chamber of Commerce.
ARKOSSA SMART SOLUTIONS S.L. ha sido beneficiaria en el período 2015-2018 por el Programa Estatal de Promoción del Talento y su Empleabilidad del Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica y Técnica y de Innovación 2013-2016 (EMPLEA 2015) del Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad cuyo objetivo es financiar e incentivar la formación y especialización de los recursos humanos en I+D+I para impulsar su inserción laboral tanto en el sector público como privado.
Se ha recibido un incentivo de la Agencia de Innovación y Desarrollo de Andalucía IDEA, de la Junta de Andalucía, por un importe de 90.287,51€, cofinanciado en un 80% por la Unión Europea a través del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, FEDER para la realización del proyecto "IMPLANTACIÓN DE TECNOLOGÍAS TIC PARA MEJORA DE LA PRODUCTIVIDAD" con el objetivo de “Conseguir un tejido empresarial más competitivo”.
Se ha recibido un incentivo, por un importe de 45.143,76€, para la realización del proyecto "IMPLANTACIÓN DE TECNOLOGÍAS TIC PARA MEJORA DE LA PRODUCTIVIDAD" con el objetivo de “GARANTIZAR UN MEJOR USO DE LAS TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA INFORMACIÓN”.
